My Motivation
I visited Cuba for the first time in 1994, when the 'Period Especial' was at its worst. Since then I travelled back frequently and
was able to experience first hand that, the island, the people and the economy are changing. It's a fascinating environment and I
have decided that I want to live and work in Havana for several years. Now I'm looking for the appropriate job opportunity.
I grew up as the child of expatriate parents, and have lived in several countries in Africa and Europe. The need to experience an
exciting private and economic environment is rooted in my upbringing. My professional education and first work-experience I
have gathered in my country of origin. Having proven that I can excel in my job at home, I want to follow my instinct and return
to a warmer, less structured, more challenging and more diverse working environment. I hate repetition and thrive on new
challenges thus I believe establishing and growing a business in Havana is just the kind of challenge I am looking for.
